The health and safety of our employees, customers, visitors and community is our top priority here at Revell. We follow the latest public health advice and we're under the guidance of OMVIC, Workplace Safety Prevention Services and Wilkens Health & Safety Solutions. The following is our COVID-19 Protocols and Changes:

• Customers and visitors are checked in at the following entrances: Ford Tower Showroom, Used Car Office, Service Drive-Thru rear door and Fix Auto Verona Office.
• Please take time to read the signs posted on the doors before you walk in to our dealership.
• We have plexiglass up at all reception counters & in all Sales Offices.
• Hand sanitizers and masks at all customer entrances.
• We clean and sanitize all touch points inside dealership.
• Customer lounge is closed. Our heated Service Drive-Thru is open for service customers to sit while waiting for their vehicle.
• We sanitize all touch points of customer vehicles before and after service.
• We sanitize all touch points of new, used and demos before and after test drives.
• We have disposable pens in all Sales and Service offices and counters.
• We offer free Pickup and Delivery service. Service Loaners may be available.
• Our COVID-19 Safety Plan & Vaccination Policy are updated when needed, communicated to our employees and posted on bulletin boards.
• Stay home if you have the following symptoms: new or worsening cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, temperature equal to or more than 38℃, feeling feverish, chills, fatigue or weakness, muscle or body aches, new loss of smell or taste, headache, abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting, feeling very unwell.
• Wear a mask covering your nose when you're inside and if you're not 6ft apart.
• Always follow good practices like washing your hands and covering your coughs and sneezes.
• Screening forms completed and signed by our employees.
