What To Do In The Event Of A Collision

It is your right to choose where your vehicle is repaired. This is the law!
Your choice is simple:
REVELL COLLISION CENTRE

TAKE THE FOLLOWING STEPS IN THE EVENT OF A COLLISION:

1. Ensure safety of all occupants. Call 911 if anyone is injured.
2. Move vehicles to a safe location (if drivable).
3. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING FOR ANYONE OTHER THAN THE POLICE!
4. At the scene be sure to write down the following official information for the Police Collision Reporting Centres and your insurance company:
Collision Information (Date, Time, Location, Officer Name, Badge & Incident Number);
Other Driver & Vehicle Information (Other Driver Name, Driver's License Number, Address, Contact Numbers, Plate Number, Make & Colour, Owner if not the driver, Address, Insurance Company, Policy Number, Expiry Date);
Witness Information (Name, Address, Phone Number, License Plate Number, Other Info).
Both your Insurance Company and the Police Collision Reporting Centre will require this information to process any claims.
5. For Free Towing if your vehicle is not drivable call:

In Ontario, all accidents exceeding $2,000 in combined damage to vehicles must be reported to the Police or a Collision Reporting Centre within 24 hours.

If necessary contact the police:
In Case Of Emergency 911. Within Ontario dial 1 888 310 1122 to be connected to the nearest station.
