Hello Terry, I want to thank you most sincerely for all your help arranging for me to take possession of the wonderful little 2011 Ford Fiesta yesterday!! I am thrilled with it already and so relieved to know I'm now safe and secure again while on the road. I cannot speak highly enough of Revell and all it's good people.

Hi Brad, We are enjoying the car. We are trying to get used to all the new features. Kelly was surprised that the high beams went off and on automatically. She is a beauty of a vehicle. Thanks for everything. The little "small town" touches certainly does make you stand out above the other car dealers we have dealt with over the years. Things like that will make us come back, when the time is right, for that new F150 FX4.

The staff are always on top of your visit. Everything is asked to reinforce what I wanted done at the visit, and then I am on my way with them checking the number I am to be reached at when the car is ready to go. When I return the car is waiting for me at the service area. When the paper work is complete and that does not take very long with having what was done explained. I am a completely satisfied Revell Ford customer.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Our 2015 fusion (preciously bought at Revell) was t-boned during the Christmas holidays and was a write off. As soon as Danny Gibbs found out he offered us a service loaner! We test drove a few different vehicles and went back to the fusion. I wasn't particularly fond of the colour they had in stock so Danny searched until he found exactly what I was looking for!

The whole experience of searching, exploring vehicles and options and then purchasing. I've never had such a positive experience like this before. There was no pressure, no sales tactics just honest straight forward answers to the questions i posed. Nathan spelled out a few options on financing terms and gave me hard copies to look at but no pressure at all. I asked for a day to consider my options and that was ok too. I returned the next day to close the deal knowing full well that I could not do batter anywhere else. And just as a side note....I spent that morning at 5 other dealerships in kingston and returned home feeling frustrated.

Everything went extremely well with this purchase. The main reason for me dealing with Revell was the after purchase treatment provided by the Salesman Dan Gibbs when we purchased an MKX. We could not program the garage door opener to the vehicle and Dan came to our home on a very cold January evening and programmed it for us.

My service experience was excellent. All of the staff there are extremely professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. They suggested I have my tires rotated as well as my oil changed which I very much appreciated as I am not well versed on what should be done with the vehicle at which service calls. I will continue to have my truck serviced at Revell as opposed to taking it to a more convenient location. It is worth the drive to have such a pleasant experience.

Terry Holder picked me up at my front door and drove 4 hours to Revell Ford Service like that is unheard of and Danny Gibbs spent the morning explaining all the features and operations of the vehicle along with filling up the tank before I departed home. This is why I bought from this dealership which is 4 hours away. City dealerships could learn valuable lessons from the Revell team. Great job guys!!!
